The state-of-the-art Mammoth Lakes studio features 4 STOTT reformers, 1 STOTT cadillac/trapeze table, 1 STOTT stability chair and 1 STOTT ladder barrel, free weights as well as small props, mats and other ancillary equipment, including 4 STOTT jumpboards and 1 rotational discboard for hip, knee, and ankle rehabilitation.
Training Philosophy: “To me, the Pilates body of work is nothing short of a miracle. Almost like magic I watch my clients gain strength and restore function in the face of significant injuries and limitations. At the same time, their physiques become more defined as they build strength, mobility, flexibility, and a general grace throughout their systems. I can’t believe how well this method of training works for all types of people. For me, it was the “magic bullet” to the lean, injury-free body I had always wanted. Even as an endurance enthusiast, I could not drop excess bodyweight until I discovered and tried private Pilates training on equipment. In just 6 months of training with a private Pilates trainer, I dropped 3 sizes and developed the tight, toned abs I had always wanted. And, even with the demands that I place on my body in the various sports I love, I have not been injured, in pain, or gained the weight back during the years I have had Pilates training in my body.”
Specialization: Private Pilates Conditioning: Working with clients to correct biomechanical problems and rehab from chronic injuries; helping athletes unlock the power of their core abdominal muscles; analyzing barriers to weight loss including emotional eating and finding alternative ways to renew the spirit.
